If you are flexible and open to attending a different course, you have the following options: 1. If the alternative course is less expensive, you will be refunded the amount equal to the cheaper course, with a 20% processing fee deducted. 2. If the alternative course is more expensive, you will be required to pay the price difference to attend, and we will facilitate your enrollment in the upgraded course. Refund Policy: If you contact us with less than 15 days until the start date of the course, unfortunately, we will not be able to process a refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our rescheduling policy. Payment on the day Information: If you choose to pay in person on the day of the course, please note that we only accept cash. We also require a 20% deposit which will be invoiced to you as soon as we are able to, and the remaining balance can be settled in cash on the day of the training.
